Hololive fans can get free merch at FamilyMart this April

Hololive fans in Japan will have the opportunity to get free merch this April as part of a new collaboration with convenience store chain FamilyMart.

Starting from the 1st of April at 10am, customers will be able to select 1 of 6 different clear files as a free gift when purchasing 2 eligible products.

The A4 size “clear files”, also commonly referred to as “document wallets” outside of Japan, will feature Hololive English members Mori Calliope, IRyS and Hakos Baelz, as well as Fuwawa and Mococo Abyssguard.

If you want to get your hands on one of the clear files, you’ll need to purchase 2 eligible products from 6 different types of Meiji gummy candy:

Meiji Ramune Up, left, and Meiji Fruit Gummy Elastic Plus Strawberry, right

Meiji Cola Up THE HARD, left, and Meiji Cola Up, right

Once you’ve selected your two eligible products, you’ll be able to pick your free clear file which will be available in a designated promo stand in each store. As fans will be able to select their favorite design, certain clear files may be selected more than others.

In addition to the clear file promotion, fans will also be able to purchase exclusive collaboration goods from the 8th of April.

A set of original acrylic stands and keychains have been created that feature the collaboration illustrations:

Hololive x FamilyMart Acrylic Stand – 1,980 yen (tax included)

Hololive x FamilyMart Acrylic Keychain – 825 yen (tax included)

Stock of the clear files will be limited, and with Hololive being the most popular VTuber group around, it’s highly likely that you’ll need to get to your nearest FamilyMart early on the 1st of April, or visit multiple stores, if you plan on collecting them all.

The collaboration goods will go on sale from the 8th of April and both the goods and clear files will be available until stocks run out.
