Hell’s Paradise anime game to be released in 2025 – watch the first trailer now
Hot on the heels of announcing Season 2 of “Hell’s Paradise” (Jigokuraku), the first details of a new game based on the popular anime have been released.
The announcement was made as part of the “Shonen Jump+ 10th Anniversary Stage” at Jump Festa 2025.
Set to be developed by GOOD SMILE COMPANY, who are perhaps better known for manufacturing figures such as the Nendoroid series, the game will be created under the supervision of MAPPA, the studio behind the anime adaptation.
A promotional video has been released, which shows Yamada Asaemon Sagiri and Gabimaru in action:
Due to be released for iOS, Android and Windows platforms, “Hell’s Paradise: Paradise Battle” will include new voiceovers recorded specifically for the game, as well as new scenarios not seen in the anime series, written by anime scriptwriter Akira Kindaichi.
The game will be free to play but will contain some paid content, which will hopefully amount to things like optional skins, as opposed to “pay to win” style elements.
A release date is yet to be confirmed, however it has been stated that the game will release sometime in 2025.
You can catch the latest development updates as they happen via the games official X account.
