Yoshinoya adds Korean Bulgogi to their menu

Japanese fast food chain Yoshinoya will be adding several new menu items inspired by one of Korea’s most popular dishes.
The “Beef Bulgogi Bowl”, the “Beef Bulgogi Set Meal”, the “Beef Bulgogi W Set Meal” and “Beef Bulgogi W Bento” will be available for a limited time.
Yoshinoya, founded in 1899, has a long history of providing affordable and convenient meals to its customers.
The chain specialises in bowls of rice topped with beef called Gyudon, a traditional Japanese dish.
Bulgogi is a popular Korean dish which typically involves marinating thin slices of beef in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and other seasonings, followed by grilling.

Yoshinoya’s Bulgogi is a combination of seasoned beef and three-colored bell peppers, grilled in a specially crafted sweet and spicy sauce.
This sauce uses garlic and apple juice, imparting a rich and flavorful profile to the dish.
The addition of three colored bell peppers adds flavour and a different texture to the meal as well as enhancing the visual appeal of the dish.
