The Apothecary Diaries exhibition to take place in Tokyo and Fukuoka

An exhibition dedicated to “The Apothecary Diaries” (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto) television anime adaptation will visit Tokyo and Fukuoka.
The series, based on the original light novel series by Natsu Hyuga, features Maomao, a young woman with expertise in poisons and medicine, who becomes involved in solving mysteries.
The series has become extremely popular, with over 40 million copies of various media such as books, manga and DVDs sold.

It has become so popular that Universal Studios Japan will soon open an attraction based on the series.
The anime adaptation’s first season premiered in October 2023 and achieved widespread acclaim.
The second season commenced airing on Nippon Television’s “FRIDAY ANIME NIGHT” programming block on January 10, 2025.
This exhibition marks the first event of its kind dedicated to the “Apothecary Diaries” anime.

The exhibition will feature a variety of displays, including three-dimensional recreations of notable scenes from the first anime season, video presentations, and previously unreleased production materials such as original drawings, storyboards, and art settings.
The exhibition aims to provide a comprehensive exploration of the anime’s visual and narrative elements as well as provide fans with an in-depth exploration of the anime’s production and artistic elements.

Visitors to the exhibition will receive two free gifts.
All attendees will receive a one randomly selected clear card from ten available designs:

The exhibition will also visit Niigata City between May 23rd and June 15th with further details yet to be confirmed.

- Dates: April 25th, 2025 (Friday) – May 19th, 2025 (Monday)
- Location: Hakata Hankyu 8th Floor Event Hall, Fukuoka, Japan
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Final day closes at 5:00 PM. Last admission is one hour before closing)

- Advance ticket sales will be operated on a lottery basis.
- Advance Lottery Application (Lawson Ticket): March 26, 2025, 12:00 PM – April 1, 2025, 11:59 PM.

- Admission Fees:
- Adults: 1,800 yen.
- High School Students: 900 yen
- Junior High School Students: 700 yen
- Elementary School Students: 500 yen
