Suginami Festa
The weekend will see a variety of arts, crafts and performances, including a music and dance show, gospel choir performance, talks focused on local produce and domestic community exchange programmes, as well as a fashion show highlighting different cultures living in the area.
Suginami Bread Festival & Sweets Fair
Around 30 local bakeries and cafes will be in attendance with a selection of delicious baked goods and sweets in conjunction with "Suginami Festa".
