Reservations are now open for Japan’s new Tamagotchi cafe

A new cafe for Tamagotchi’s Puchi Puchi Omisetchi game will open in collaboration with Capcom cafe in Tokyo and Osaka from May 2nd.

Tamagotchi’s Puchi Puchi Omisetchi is a series of simulation games where players manage various shops with Tamagotchi characters.

Players hire Tamagotchis, stock goods, and keep customers happy through mini-games.

The first game was released in Japan for the Nintendo DS in 2005 and the series spawned several sequels on the DS and 3DS, each introducing new shops and features, allowing for charming and engaging virtual business management.

The cafe will be serving a specially created menu inspired by the characters and will have a range of exclusive merchandise available for customers to purchase.
