What to expect at Snow Miku 2025 in Hokkaido
Snow Miku 2025 will be taking over Hokkaido for the winter season, with a variety of different events taking place across the city.
The theme for Snow Miku 2025’s design is “Glittering Snow Material”, with an online competition held to choose the final design.
The winning design was by illustrator “tokki”, with votes made by Miku fans from all around the globe.
The main event during the campaign is the Snow Miku 2025 Exhibition taking place at Wing Bay Otaru 6th Street.
The event will feature exhibitions, workshops, photo booths, corner, stage events, talks a merchandise sales area, all of which are free to attend.
A Snow Miku Sapporo City Tram with a Snow Miku design, posters and special announcements will be running over the winter period from the 16th November 2024 to the 23rd March 2025.
The tram will be in operation from 08:00 to 19:00 daily.
An exclusive Snow Miku Snow Sculpture will be on display at the 2025 Sapporo Snow Festival, from the 4th to the 11th February 2025.
At night the sculpture will be lit up to Snow Miku 2025’s theme song “Crystal Snow”!

When will Snow Miku 2025 in Hokkaido take place?
The exhibition event for Snow Miku 2025 will take place from the 8th to 9th February 2025.
The main exhibition will be located on the 4th floor of Wing Bay Otaru 6th Street, opening hours will be 10:00 to 17:00 daily, with last entry at 16:30.
The Snow Miku tram will be available between 16th November 2024 to the 23rd March 2025 from 08:00 to 19:00 daily.
Sapporo Snow Festival’s Snow Miku 2025 sculpture will be on display from the 4th to the 11th February 2025.
