OshiKatsu Festival vol.5 takes place in Tokyo this April

OshiKatsu Festival vol.5 will take place at Shinjuku Marui Annex from the 21st April, where popular handmade brands for Oshikatsu will gather together in one place.

“Oshikatsu” is a Japanese term referring to the passionate support of one’s favorite idol, character, or celebrity.

It encompasses a wide range of activities, from buying merchandise and attending concerts to creating fan art and engaging in online communities.

This dedicated fandom culture emphasizes emotional connection and personal investment, driving enthusiasts to actively participate in promoting and celebrating their “oshi.”

Oshikatsu fosters a sense of belonging and shared enthusiasm within fan communities.

Customers can expect to find over 1,500 different items to pick from in a range of colours.

There will be 24 different brands at the event where you can pick items in your oshi’s colours such as cheki/trading card case, plush clothes, press on nails and accessories.
