What to expect at Nijō Autumn Harvest Festival 2024
Nijō Autumn Harvest Festival 2024 sees creative art company NAKED, INC. taking over Nijō Castle to bring you an autumn festival that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
The art festival aims to let visitors savour Kyoto’s autumn by fusing the historic destination of Nijō castle with digital art, music, fragrance, food, and more.
Nijo Castle and grounds will be lit up at night, decorated with projection mapping and light displays.
The projections will include interactive elements such as a recycling game that predicts your fortune and a photo spot that projects your face onto food.
The festival will have a specially designed Autumnal food menu available and exclusive fragrance and stationary goods.
When will Nijō Autumn Harvest Festival 2024 take place?
Nijō Autumn Harvest Festival 2024 will be taking place from the 25th October 2024 until the 7th December 2024.
How much does Nijō Autumn Harvest Festival 2024 cost?
Advanced tickets can be purchased here (website in Japanese only) and are priced as follows:
Adult Advanced Ticket – Mon – Thurs 1,600 yen/Fri – Sun & Public Holidays 2,000 yen
Child Advanced Ticket – Mon – Thurs 1,000 yen/Fri – Sun & Public Holidays 1,400 yen
Tickets purchased on the day of visit will be priced as follows:
Adult Ticket – Mon – Thurs 2,000 yen/Fri – Sun & Public Holidays 2,400 yen
Child Ticket – Mon – Thurs 1,200 yen/Fri – Sun & Public Holidays 1,600 yen

Nearest Station: Nijō Autumn Harvest Festival 2024 is located closest to Nijōjō-mae Station, which can be reached using the Tōzai Line (T14)
You can also use Nijō Station, which can be accessed by the Tōzai Line (T15), and the Sagano Line (E4)
Nijō Castle is also accessible from Marutamachi Station, taking the Karasuma Line (K7).
