What to expect at Kagoshima Illuminage 2024

Illuminage Group take iconic locations and create an immersive art experience made of lights.

Kagoshima Prefectural Yoshino Park will be decorated with a multitude of different light scenes, artworks and sculptures.

One of the main draws for 2024 is the collaboration with Ultraman, whereby the park will be displaying “Ultraman Fantasy Lights”.
This event is perfect for people of all ages with plenty to see, interactive elements and memorable photo spots.

When will Kagoshima Illuminage 2024 take place?

Kagoshima Illuminage will take place from 1st November 2024 until 13th February 2025.

The illuminations are open daily 17:45 to 22:00, the lights turn off at 21:30.

How much does Kagoshima Illuminage 2024 cost?

Ticket prices start at 1,500 for adults and 900 yen for children.

Tickets can be purchased on the day of visit, however it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance here.
