What to expect at Illumi Eeru Iwaki 2024
The city of Iwaki will be illuminated for the winter season, creating a magical place to visit.
The Illumi Eeru Iwaki illuminations will take place at 7 different locations around the city, including in front of JR Iwaki Station, JR Yumoto Station and JR Izumi Station.
Along the Uchigo Shinkawa River and in Onahama Aquamarine Park the trees will be illuminated in various colours, bathing the city in light.
Higashida Central Park will be home to the Nakoro Light Pageant where the park will feature a variety of different illuminations, light art works and installations.
The last location of Illumi Eeru Iwaki is the 21st Century Forest Park which will be transformed into a winter wonderland for the Forest of Light Project 2024.
Taking place during the event will be a photo contest and photo stamp rally which will be held over social media.

Illumi Eeru Iwaki will take place from the 23rd November 2024 until the 13th January 2025.
Illuminations will be lit from 17:00-23:00 (this may change based on venue).
