'acosta!' Cosplay Meet Saitama June 2025

Event Overview

‘acosta!’ are known in Japan for hosting the largest and most popular cosplay meets nationwide.

From the 7th to the 8th June in Tokorozawa (Saitama prefecture), ‘acosta!’ will be hosting a classic large scale cosplay meet.

Attendees can enjoy 2 days of cosplay, photoshoots and socialising with likeminded individuals.

First Time Participants

For a guide on how to enjoy the event for those who are participating in ‘acosta!’ for the first time, a talk will take place at Pavilion Hall A, located near the reception from 13:00 to 13:30.

Early Entry : 10:00 – 18:00

Advance: 2,680 yen
On the day: 3,200 yen

General Admission: 11:30 – 18:00

Advance: 2,380 yen
On the day: 2,900 yen

Ticket with no cosplay changing (this ticket allows the buyer to arrive in their own car to the venue already in cosplay): 10:30 – 18:00

Junior and Senior High School Students (camera and general admission only): 11:00 – 18:30

Advance: 1,180 yen
On the Day: 1,500 yen

Petit VIP (includes earlier entry and use of larger changing rooms with air conditioning, full-length mirrors, large mirrors, and washbasins): 09:50 – 18:00

Advance: 5,600 yen
