8 day long Drone Show to illuminate Osaka’s night sky

Drone Show Japan will host an eight-day drone show event in Osaka this March.

The “DRONE SHOW JAPAN PRESENTS STARMIRAGE IN OSAKA TEMMABASHI” event will take place from Sunday, March 23rd, to Sunday, March 30th, 2025, in the vicinity of River Station Hachiken-ya in Osaka.

DSJ claims to be the leading drone show organizer in Japan, based on its internal research conducted in March 2025, which considered the number of drone shows and related projects executed.

The “STARMIRAGE IN OSAKA TEMMABASHI” event will feature two different drone show programs, with two performances scheduled each evening.

The event will be free for public viewing.

The two shows that will be performed will be based on the PEANUTs comic strip and the upcoming Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025 event.

“PEANUTS 75th Anniversary Drone Show: Twinkling Love with PEANUTS”

“PEANUTS” first appeared in newspapers in 1950 and this drone show will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the comic strip.

It will utilize 500 drones to create aerial displays featuring “PEANUTS” characters, including Charlie Brown and Snoopy.

This marks the first “PEANUTS” drone show in Japan.

“Special Drone Show Before the Opening of the Osaka-Kansai Expo”

This drone show will serve as a prelude to the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025, scheduled to begin on April 13th, 2025.

It will feature 500 drones, including aerial displays of the Expo’s official mascot, “Myakumyaku”.

• Show Times: 18:35 (first show) and 20:05 (second show)
• Location: Vicinity of River Station Hachiken-ya, Osaka, Japan.
