ONE PIECE BASE app launches in Japan – worldwide release in 2025

With ONE PIECE fans taking stock as they come to terms with the news that the anime will be taking a 6 month break, Bandai Namco Entertainment have some news that might just cheer fans up.

The ONE PIECE BASE app has just launched in Japan, with the app set to bring together as much of the ONE PIECE universe as possible in one place.

A worldwide release of the ONE PIECE BASE app is also on the way, which is currently scheduled for 2025.

ONE PIECE BASE will include a manga viewer, specially designed for enjoying ONE PIECE, as its main feature.

The ONE PIECE BASE app will all users to view all chapters of the manga so far, with new releases set to be made available via the app as soon as they are published.

With the app set to become a hub for ONE PIECE related content, users of the app can also create their very own WANTED poster via the “Nigaoe Maker” or “bounty maker”, which allows users to upload a photo that will be transformed into a WANTED poster drawn in the style of Eiichiro Oda.

The ONE PIECE BASE app “bounty maker” will see fans take a ONE PIECE quiz that will work out details that will be included on your poster, such as bounty size and the pirate crew you belong to.

With the worldwide release set to take place in 2025, more details will be announced by Bandai Namco Entertainment soon – likely at the JUMP FESTA event in December.
