What to expect at Kobe Christmas Market 2024 

Enjoy a traditional Christmas market set against the stunning backdrop of Kobe at the Nunobiki Herb Garden and Ropeway.

The market will feature a variety of stalls selling goods such as traditional style Christmas decorations & ornaments, confectionary and cosmetics.

Take a wander around the herb gardens, enjoy the festive atmosphere with beautiful illuminations and take advantage of the unique botanical themed photo spots.

There will also be plenty of festive treats and refreshments on offer from the various eateries located around the gardens.

Why not indulge in a hot chocolate or mulled wine? If you’re feeling hungry there’s also options such as beef stew and sausages available from the German themed food stalls.

When will Kobe Christmas Market 2024 take place?

Kobe Christmas Market will take place from the 9th November 2024 until the 25th December 2024.

Special Christmas opening hours (09:30 to 21:00) will be taking place on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays through November/December and daily from the 13th December 2024 until the end of the event.

The ropeway to reach the market will be in operation upwards from 9:30 to 20:15, with the last departure downward at 21:00.

Entry to the event will include a round-trip ropeway ride + admission to the herb garden will be priced at 2,800 yen for adults and 1,400 yen for children.
